Diamond+ Invisalign Providers
When you visit Houston Orthodontic Specialists, you’ll get the level of care and expertise needed for exceptional results. As Diamond Plus Invisalign Providers, we can handle mild to complex cases using clear aligners. Invisalign is incredibly precise because our expert orthodontists create your treatment plan using digital technology and the aligners are custom-made from a 3D model of your mouth to ensure the best possible results.
How Does Invisalign Work?
Our dental office uses the iTero® scanner to obtain digital scans of your teeth and gums, which are used to create a 3D model of your dental anatomy. Dr. Tabakman, Dr. Bloome or Dr. Mount will then use this model to map out the movement of each tooth, and we can even show you what your results will look like before your treatment begins. Invisalign then creates custom aligners based on the doctor’s prescription to ensure a perfect fit and an amazing outcome. The aligners apply gentle pressure to gradually move your teeth into alignment. Since the aligners come in a series that progresses your treatment every time you use a new set, they don’t require any adjustments.
The Invisalign aligners are clear and virtually undetectable. Most people won’t even notice you’re wearing them. You’ll get the results you want without any sacrifice.
The aligners don’t require adjustments. You’ll spend less time in your orthodontist’s chair and more time doing the things you love. They’re also removable, which means you can brush, floss, and eat as you normally would.
Unlike traditional metal braces, Invisalign doesn’t involve brackets and wires, so there’s no irritation, and treatment is comfortable.
The system relies on advanced, 3D computer imaging technology and we’ll be able to show you what your new smile will look like before you even start treatment.
Invisalign by the Numbers
Invisalign’s popularity continues to increase because it’s effective, efficient, and discreet.
For the best results, we recommend wearing your aligners for about 22 hours every day, only taking them out to eat and brush and floss your teeth.
In the United States, Invisalign was first sold to orthodontic practices in 1999.
More than five million people have used Invisalign to perfect their smiles.
